Disc 1 has footage of a 4-ship Vulcan take-off and a Vulcan display, the handover of XH558 from the RAF to the Walton family at Bruntingthorpe, preparation for that flight, take-off from Waddington and arrival at Bruntingthorpe. Footage shot from the Vulcan's bomb-aimer window is included - totally unique! Disc 2 has the final delivery flight as shot from the bomb-aimer's window, including comms by the crew. Filmed at Thunder City in South Africa in September 2006 and at Ysterplaat airshow, this dvd, produced by Biltsz Productions is a superb record of the preparation leading up to and including the 4 ship Lightning formation at the airshow at Ysterplaat Air Force Base. This book is secondhand, hardback in good condition; the dustjacket is present but torn in 2 places on the back cover. A wonderful album of black and white photos of many different aircraft, beginning with aircraft from WW1 and going right up to the then present with such aircraft as the P1127! The book is a real gem and is a fascinating look back over aviation history. It contains 'offical' photos of the time and also photos by individuals such as Cyril Peckham. A lovely book.
